Chocolate Fountains/Rentals

Delight your guests with a sweet appetizer that is both appealing to the eye and the tongue!

Your Big Day Weddings & Events now offers Chocolate Fountain rental for your wedding or event. We have 2 19-inch Sephra Elite brand fountains that can be used with warm items like chocolate, caramel, and cheese or cold with items like ranch dressing. 


Chocolate Fountain Rental:  $100 (based on 2-hour flow time, additional time charged at $20 per hour)
 
Attendant: $20 per hour (minimum 2-hour flow time, attendant is required, fountains will not be rented without an attendant from Your Big Day Weddings & Events)
 

Dippers priced according to market prices (no mark up on dippers); Client may provide dippers
(If client provides dippers, there is a $50 non-refundable deposit. If Your Big Day Weddings & Events provides dippers, there is a $100 non-refundable deposit)

Chocolate priced according to market prices (no mark up on chocolate); Client may not provide chocolate
    
Skewers provided with fountain rental

Mileage farther than 15 miles from Adrian, MI charged at .55 per mile (or according to US Government Standards)

Unused chocolate and dippers will be left for client in disposable, airtight containers

Your Big Day Weddings & Events provides an attendant for the duration of the chocolate fountain rental. The rental costs include: 2 hours of flow time, skewers for the dippers, and an attendant. Your Big Day Weddings & Events will set-up the fountain and then clean-up at the end of the contracted time. (Client may not provide chocolate; client will be charged at the going rate for Wilton chocolate.) All chocolate and dippers leftover at the end of the 2 hour flow time will be left for client. Client may provide dippers or Your Big Day Weddings & Events will provide them again, at the going rate for each item; there is no mark-up on price for chocolate or dippers.

** It is not recommended to use a chocolate fountain at an outdoor event as the sweet aroma of the chocolate is an invitation for insects to gather. In addition, wind can blow chocolate all over your guests.**

 

Decorative columns and screens -NEW!

 Your Big Day Weddings & Events is now renting beautiful. modern lighted, white columns and asymmetrical background screens.

Each screen is 8' long by 7' high on one end, 6' on the other. Use the screens together behind your head table with back or 'up' lighting to create a beautiful backdrop for your reception's focal point. Use the screens separately behind the cake table, etc. to cover walls that may be unsightly or to create visual appeal for a specific area. Screens also make great backdrops for photo booths. They can be used at your ceremony to pull the focus to the altar area (inside use only).

Each Modern Luminescent column is 8' high, 2' diameter covered with Use the lighted columns to decorate just about any area of your ceremony or reception.  Colored lights and/or twinkling lights may be used in these versatile columns. (white fabric only - inside use only)

Columns rent for $50 each with a $25 set-up fee (mileage charged at current governmental rates if outside Lenawee County area). 

Screens rent for $75 each with a $25 set-up fee (mileage charged at current governmental rates if outside Lenawee County area).

Candy Buffets - Fun, Tasty and Inexpensive Favors!

We offer an assortment of glass apothecary jars, vases and bowls for your candy buffet set-up. 

Rental is $50 with a $25 set-up fee. (mileage is charged at current governmental rates outside of Lenawee County.)

You provide your favorite candies and packaging! Candy buffets are a great way to give your guests a tasty, inexpensive and fun favor!
