Planning and Coordinating Hourly

Your Big Day Weddings & Events will provide consulting services to the Client on an hourly basis. This service may include planning, coordinating, arranging, or making choices for the wedding. A Client who requests
Hourly Consultation wants to make all the arrangements for their own wedding but needs some specific advice, guidance, or
help getting organized and staying on task. This service is billed on an hourly basis.
Your Big Day Weddings & Events offers expert advice on all
details of the wedding and reception. We can refer our Clients to vendors or make all arrangements directly with vendors.
We will deal with the wedding from start to finish including: choosing a ceremony and reception venue, invitations, rehearsal
dinner, decorations, flowers, photography, entertainment, food and beverages, wedding cake, attendant's gifts and travel.
This service saves the client a significant amount of time, stress and money.
A Wedding
Consultant from Your Big Day Weddings & Events will attend
both the rehearsal and wedding to oversee all details. If contracted to do so, we may also attend the reception to ensure
the Client's wishes are carried out. We
will ensure all vendors fulfill their agreements with Client and that services are coordinated as planned. This service allows
the bride and groom to enjoy the festivities and have quality time with each other and their families without worrying about
the details. (Included with the Planning & Coordinating Service.)
Your Big Day Weddings & Events will provide services as desired by the
Client for up to 35 hours the week prior to the wedding date. This service includes rehearsal, wedding, and reception. Services
provided in "Week of" are negotiable.
Your Big Day Weddings & Events now offers an ordained wedding
ceremony officiant who will meet with the couple 2 times prior to the ceremony for up to an hour each time to go over details,
will attend the rehearsal, and perform the wedding ceremony.
